The CMR35 System by General Tools consists of a clamp meter/transmitter and a data logging receiver which wirelessly facilitates the automated, ongoing surveillance of equipment in hazardous and hard-to-reach areas at a maximum unobstructed distance of 333 ft. (100m) from the receiver’s position.
 
Data logging functions allow for the collection of real-time and historical data, enabling measurements to be displayed on both the meter/transmitter and the receiver, stored on an SD card and viewed in Excel on a Windows computer.
 
The system expands to support the transmission of data from up to five additional clamp meters (available as options) on different channels.
 
The included software displays four windows on the computer: a main monitor (dashboard), separate tabular and graphic displays of up to six logs, and a running estimate of monitored equipment’s power cost.
 
The clamp meter/transmitter performs auto-ranging for all measurements and also features Hi and Lo alarm set points for voltage or current, can test diodes and perform continuity checks.
 
The system has applications for industrial maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) professionals in Process Plants, Power Plants & Electrical Transmission Facilities, Buildings, and HVACR.

Rechargeable or Disposable Battery Flashlights - Which One is Better? 
There's a lot of different flashlight to choose from.  So which one is the best for you?  Making
the correct decision will save you money in the long run. 
 
First, determine the purpose of the light. Will you be using it in situations for up close work or
far away lighting?  This will determine the brightness needed.
 
Jobs that require lighting to see small objects up close can utilize a lower candlepower light.
These lights are smaller and easy to work with.  Usually, they take a small battery.  Common
lights in this category would include pen lights, head lights, and any other aaa or aa light. 
 
Features for specific applications can include waterproof, hazard rated, or special features
like a clip for pocket storage or strap for helmet or head.
 
Once you've decided on a small or more powerful light, you'll need to decided on a rechargeable
or disposable battery flashlight.  Rechargeable flashlights have a higher intial cost but can save
money in the long run.  Rechargeable lights are much brighter than the alkaline battery models. 
You won't have to worry about buying new batteries every few days.  Alkaline batteries do have
an excellent storage life.  However, if your using your light every day the expense of replacement
batteries will exceed the cost of a rechargeable flashlight in a short amound of time.  If you use your flashlight every day, in most cases you should buy a rechargeable light.  It will save you money in the long run and give you a brighter flashlight.
