Returns

To Return Items:  Call for a return authorization within thirty days of purchase.  

We will gladly exchange, credit, or refund your purchase.  

Return merchandise in original unused condition with all packaging and instructions, freight prepaid.  

Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages without return authorization numbers, will be refused.

Tool Experts reserves the right to apply a restocking charge.  

Returns of merchandise purchased by American Express will incur the credit card processing fees charged by American Express for the sale and the return processing fees.  This amount and shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount.
