It is a comfortable tool to use with a 30" length and molded rubber grip. You can reach the ground or average ceiling without bending over or getting a ladder. When moisture is detected there are audible and visual alerts that increase with increased moisture.

Will this work in detection of leak around toilet thru ceramic tile floor?
