The MM1E Moisture Meter is an Ultra-sensitive Pin Type Moisture Meter that can help you to easily detect hidden leaks in wood, concrete, plaster and carpet.

The ten colored LEDS provide accurate moisture level readings and is great for new home inspections, locating roof leaks, or even selecting dry lumber at the yard.

This dual-range unit is perfect for checking moisture in carpets and sub-floors; analyzing wood, concrete or drywall before painting or wallpapering.

The MM1E Moisture Meter measures moisture in two ranges (7 to 15% WME and 16 to 35% WME) on its easy-to-read bar graph with an accuracy of +/-1%.

    How do you read it and do you use the high or low setting

    You do not choose a setting for high or low. It is just an indicator of the moisture level. 7-15% is considered low moisture and 16-35% is considered high moisture
