I see that the push rod Reel is sitting in the case. Does it mount to something so it can spin? Or do you have to just kind of wine do the cable into the cage?
09/30/2019, 09:16 AMYou pull the reel out of the case and there is a handle on the top for you to hold the center in place. While holding the center in place you can unwind the cable by turning the outer part of the reel.
