Zefon high volume rotary vane pumps are an economical alternative to the Gast brand rotary vane pumps. The workhorses are heavy duty with a 1/10 hp motor that can be used for almost all sampling applications. Flow range of 0 to 30LPM.

Zefon high volume rotary vane pumps are an economical alternative to the Gast brand rotary vane pumps. The workhorses are heavy duty with a 1/10 hp motor that can be used for almost all sampling applications. It can be used with PCM, TEM, Air-O-Cell and all viable impactors (e.g. Andersen style impactor). Flow range of 0 to 30 LPM. Now with internal filter/muffler. No more glass muffler jars!
Each Zefon High Volume Air Sampling Pump comes with a locking flow control valve, hose barb, tubing and on/off switch.
Zefon High Volume Air Sampling Pump Kits Available:
ZHV00 includes (1) Zefon Rotary Vane pump with flow control valves and tubing, 120V
ZTHV01-KIT includes (2) Zefon Rotary Vane pumps with flow control valves and tubing, 120V, (2) stands, (2) 2-1/4" tubing sets, and heavy-duty case

How hot does this pump get after running a PCM or a TEM air clearance? So running a max time of 120 minutes?
08/11/2023, 11:24 AMUnfortunately we don't have any running temperature information. Typically the pump should not run for that long. I am told you should try to stick to a 30 minute max run time
