I need a tool to punch out 3/4" copper disks from a sheet 0.015" thick, would this work?

For your purposes I would go with the General Tools 1271 so you can retrieve the disks easier.

I need to punch drain holes in flexible window track that has thin galvanized wire reinforcement. Will this tool handle it?

Hi Bob this seems like a situation where drilling a hole may be a better option because I am worried that in trying to punch it you will be denting the track in a way you do not want.

Can this punch a 1.5" deep hole?

That would depend on the materials ability to stretch because the hole that the punch creates is smaller than the body of the punch.

How well will a 3/4" punch work on nylon carpet 1/2 " thick with a rubber backing. Need to make 300 hole against a cement floor.

It will make the hole initially but you will dull the punch by hitting it against cement. You need to have a piece of wood or something to put between the carpet and cement.
