The Triplett MS300 measures relative moisture content in wood (0.1 to 99.9%) and other building materials (0.1 to 99.9%). It utilizes a spherical sensor for non-invasive pinless testing. Low, Medium and High icons indicate moisture level and an audible indicator increases as the moisture level gets higher for quickly scanning large areas. It features Data Hold freezes measurement on screen for hard to see areas. You can use this meter for home inspection, water damage restoration, lumber yards, painting, paper mills, textile, clothing manufacturing, and other industries. This meter also self calibrates when powered on.

Will this meter read moisture content of fiberglassed plywood, such as boat decks and transoms?
08/26/2024, 09:42 AMYes this moisture meter can be used for this purpose but the measurement depth is much thicker than a boat hull so a moisture meter with less depth would be better. Any non-invasive moisture meter will be able to do the task.
