I've got an Alpha 310. What is the max testing duration for this equipment? If I leave it running in test mode for 5 full days will the results be valid?
11/14/2024, 02:19 PMleaving testing for 5 full days would certainly be valid and should present no issues. Most inspectors/testers tend to leave them for right around the 48 hour minimum just for the sake of time, but more data is not a bad thing when time allows for a larger sample size and would not invalidate the test.
To answer the larger question, the maximum test duration for a singular radon test would be just over 90 days before the monitor would run out of space/memory to record more data points. - 06/07/2022, 10:44 AM
