Any idea how far out you are on getting in the 150 ft, 1/4 inch hose and reel?

    1. I have 4000 psi 4.0 gpm pressure washer.
    2. I am concerned about the 1/4 inch hose buckling in the pipe. Can use the 3/8 hose unit that is rated for a larger pressure washer instead (just to get more beef in the hose)?

The pressure in the hose will keep it solid in the pipe. 4000psi and 4gpm is exactly what we would recommend a 1/4" hose for. This will give you the best performance because of the amount of water your pump is able to process.

How ridgid is the hose? I bought a cheap one from amazon, but the hose is not ridgid enough to make turns more tha a couple feet away fromm insertion point.

It is somewhat stiff. Please let us know what power your pressure is so we can be more help.

Hi I have a question on the pressure washer I should get for the conversation kit. The 4000 psi units are a bit pricey. If I purchase a 3600 or a 3800 with a gpm lower then 3.00 would that be good to jet a line. Thanks

That may leave you a bit light depending on the size of the pipe and the density of the blockage. There are a lot of factors that will affect your success. Most nozzle manufacturers recommended 4000psi 4gpm

What’s the max temp for the hose? Hot water safe?

    Administrator

It comes with a Dyna-Flex hose that has a max temp of 150F. We can substitute a Piranha hose, if requested, that has a max temp of 160F.
