The Ball-Type Nozzle has rear ports that thrust the nozzle forward and flush debris, made of hardened stainless steel. These nozzles come drilled with 3 rear jets or 1 forward jet and 3 rear jets

Ports are hardened stainless steel insert type with precision ports for optimum nozzle size.
Hardened stainless steel body.
Non-rotating.

Suttner ST-49 Ball-Type Nozzle Sizes:

1/8" - Ideal for 1" - 3" lines.
1/4" - Ideal for 2" - 4" lines.
3/8" - Ideal for 4" - 8" lines.

Is there an adapter for 1/8 jetting hose from 1/4 jetting hose?

If you are talking about just attaching a 1/8" jetter hose to a 1/4" jetter hose, they both have 1/4" male fittings so a coupler can attach them. This information is based on the hoses we carry. We cannot speak for other companies hoses.
