Guaranteed Same Day Shipping*

All in stock orders received by 1:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day. 

Orders must be placed by 1pm EST Monday thru Friday for same day shipping (excluding holidays).  

For orders after 1pm EST Monday thru Friday please call us and place your order over the phone and we can determine if same day shipping is still a possibility. 

*Guarantee does not apply to orders placed on Saturday or Sunday; holidays including New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day; special order items; items that are not in stock or certain items shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Guarantee applies to orders that have received credit card approval.  Credit card orders that have been declined by the credit card processor for any reason may cause delays in shipping.

Shipping & Handling 

Shipping is based on actual shipping costs via the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service.

Additional shipping charges apply for any order outside of the continental U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico.  Please call for price.

International Shipments.  All customs rules, clearance, and any expropriation actions in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for packages lost or seized by your local customs agency. 

Customs may charge you additional duties, tariffs, or other charges upon delivery of your package. We do not have a means of determining how much these charges will be. Please contact your local customs authorities to inquire directly. These charges are unrelated to the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Shipping charges for refused packages are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Charges include shipping to the destination and shipping charges for returning the package to Tool Experts.

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day & USPS Shipping

UPS Service is used for Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Shipping. 

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY - MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

Next Day Air Orders Shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday:  If an order is placed on a Friday before 1 PM EST or Tool Experts, Inc. has confirmed that the order can be shipped that day after 1PM and Next Day shipping is chosen, the package will be delivered on Monday. 

We cannot ship your order on Saturday or Sunday to arrive on Monday. 
If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped on Monday.  Packages shipped Next Day Air on Monday will arrive on Tuesday.  Packages shipped 2nd Day Air on Monday will arrive on Wednesday. 

Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee.  Please call our office at (888) 226-6288 to arrange for Next Day Air Saturday or 2nd Day Air Saturday delivery service.

Currently, UPS is not guaranteeing expedited or ground shipments to arrive at the designated time due to covid and weather conditions.

USPS First Class Mail is not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time.

While every attempt is made to have merchandise in stock, it is not always possible. If merchandise cannot be delivered in a reasonable amount of time the customer will be notified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
