I think that I have a leak in my sewer line leading to the street. I have a damp spot right outside my foundation wall where the pipe exits the foundation. Im looking to buy the correct type of dye and if necessary the right kind of flashlight to see the dye.. Can you help me select the correct product from your websight. Thank You, Vincent Recchi

All of our septic dyes are the same compound just in different forms (liquid, tablets, and powder). If you go with the tablets or powder you have to mix it up with water yourself but you can make a larger amount.

The yellow/green color is fluorescent so you can use a UV flashlight but it is not required. Typically we recommend getting the color that your eye is best at seeing. That varies for everyone and the terrain color makes a difference too.

If you would like to get a UV light to use with the yellow/green fluorescent dye, here is the url: https://www.toolexperts.com/streamlight-uv-flashlight-twin-task-3c-led-51045.html

We like to detect which of several septic systems leaks into our community well. Any experience out there? Can we detect this material in our well if it is not all filtered out in the soil?
    Your answer would be appreciated.
