These instruments are supplied at a drastically reduced price.

To Qualify for the Program:
- The instrument must be older than 14 months.
- Have no signs of physical abuse, battery corrosion, water damage or customer negligence.
- Meter must be returned to Tool Experts
To Get Your New Meter: Call us at (888) 226-6288. We will issue a return authorization. Send the instrument back to us. Once we have received the old instrument, you will be charged for the new instrument and it will be shipped to you. Other rules and restrictions may apply. Please call for complete details.
