    Can the “Under sink drain pliers 189” be safely used to remove the locknut from the water supply line at the underside of a toilet bowl in order to replace an old fill valve inside the tank?

    Yes this would work. We are currently out of stock until next week though. If I were you I would just use a set of tongue and groove pliers.
